Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, you may request an exchange or return under the conditions below.
Request Window
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange or return:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Returned in its original packaging, including tags, labels, and all accessories
- Free from any signs of wear, washing, or damage
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or returns that do not meet these conditions.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available, subject to availability.
All shipping costs related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Our team is available to assist you in selecting the correct size and ensuring the best possible fit.
Returns
Due to the limited and artisanal nature of our production, returns are accepted as store credit only.
Store credit:
- Is issued once the return has been received and approved
- Can be used on any future purchase
- Is valid for 12 months from the date of issue
Return or Exchange Process
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and the reason for your request.
- You will receive the return or exchange instructions and the shipping address.
- Ship the item within 3 days of receiving our confirmation.
Shipping Costs
All shipping costs related to returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We can arrange a return pickup service for a fee of €10.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns during transit.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. In this case, we will cover all shipping costs and offer a replacement or a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene or product-specific reasons, some items may not be eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly stated in the product description.
